Parseh Tehran Football Club (former named Damash Tehran / Karaj) was an Iranian football club based in Tehran, Iran. They last competed in the Azadegan League. Their home stadium was Kargaran Stadium with a capacity of 5,000 people.


In June 2016, Parseh Tehran was officially dissolved. Their right to participate in the Azadegan League was given to Baadraan Tehran.[1]

History



Damash


Club was formed by Arya Investment Company and named Damash in 2008. The club participated in different competition since 2008–09 Iranian football season with the names of Damash Tehran and Damash Karaj.



Parseh Tehran


After its promotion to the Azadegan League in 2011, the club change its name to Parseh Tehran.[2] The club was sold to Kaveh Abedini in 2011. Kaveh Abedini is a successful businessman in Tehran. He is a multimillionaire in Iran. He also owns Parseh Classes in Tehran. His uncle is Amir Abedini, chairman of Damash. In the 2013–2014 Azadegan League season the club almost achieved a promotion to the Iran Pro League where they finished third, one point behind second placed Paykan.



Dissolution


In June 2016, Parseh was officially dissolved. They sold their licence to Baadraan Tehran.[3]
